Copyright Complaints and Removal Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
Huanggua (hguaw.com) respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners, creators and publishers. This policy explains how to report material that you believe infringes your copyright and how Huanggua reviews copyright-related removal requests.
This is a general copyright complaint procedure. It does not constitute legal advice or represent that every submitted complaint is valid. Huanggua does not describe the contact listed on this page as a DMCA designated agent.
Content and Copyright
Content appearing on Huanggua may include user submissions, material referenced from third-party platforms, publicly accessible information and articles organized by site authors.
The fact that material is publicly accessible does not necessarily mean that it is free of copyright restrictions. Huanggua does not claim ownership of a third-party work merely because the work is displayed, referenced, indexed, discussed or organized on this website.
Users and contributors must not submit material unless they own the necessary rights, have permission from the rights holder or have another lawful basis for its use.
Submitting a Copyright Complaint
If you believe that material available on Huanggua infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, send a written complaint to:
Copyright Contact: hguaw@pm.me
Please place “Copyright Complaint” in the email subject line.
Your complaint should include:
- Your full name and current contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If the complaint concerns several works, you may provide a representative list that clearly identifies them.
- The exact Huanggua page URL where the disputed material appears. A reference to the homepage, a general category or the entire website may not be enough to locate the content.
- A clear explanation of which part of the page or material you believe infringes your rights.
- Information showing that you own the relevant copyright or are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, complete identity documents or personal information unrelated to the copyright complaint. If supporting documents contain sensitive details, please conceal information that is not necessary to verify the request.
Review Process
After receiving a copyright complaint, Huanggua may review whether the request contains enough information to:
- identify the copyrighted work;
- locate the disputed material;
- understand the claimed infringement;
- verify the complainant’s authority; and
- contact the complainant if clarification is required.
If a complaint is incomplete or unclear, we may request additional information before taking further action. A complaint that does not identify a specific page, work or disputed use may be difficult to process.
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee that content will be removed. The result will depend on the information provided, the nature of the material and the circumstances of its use.
Possible Actions
When a complaint provides a reasonable basis for action, Huanggua may:
- remove the disputed material;
- disable or restrict access to the relevant page;
- replace or edit the affected part of the page;
- add or correct source and ownership information;
- contact the user or source that supplied the material; or
- request additional information from the parties involved.
Removing, restricting or editing material does not necessarily constitute an admission that copyright infringement occurred.
Huanggua may retain a record of the complaint, related correspondence and the action taken when reasonably necessary to document the request, prevent repeated disputes or comply with applicable obligations.
Requesting Review of a Removal
If material that you submitted was removed or restricted following a copyright complaint, and you believe the decision resulted from an error, misidentification, valid authorization or another lawful basis, you may request a review.
Send the request to:
Copyright Contact: hguaw@pm.me
Please place “Copyright Removal Review” in the email subject line.
Your request should include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- The URL where the material appeared before it was removed or restricted.
- A description of the affected material.
- An explanation of why you believe the removal or restriction was mistaken.
- Any relevant licence, authorization, ownership information or other supporting material.
- A statement that the information you have provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Huanggua may provide relevant parts of the review request to the person who submitted the original copyright complaint when this is reasonably necessary to assess the dispute. Personal information that is not relevant to the request should not be submitted.
A review request does not guarantee that the material will be restored. Huanggua may keep the material unavailable while reviewing conflicting claims or when the available information is insufficient to determine whether restoration is appropriate.
Repeated Infringement
Huanggua may restrict submissions, remove content or suspend access associated with users and sources that repeatedly provide infringing material.
When determining whether additional action is appropriate, Huanggua may consider the number and reliability of complaints, the outcome of previous reviews, the conduct of the contributor and whether the same source continues to submit disputed material.
False or Abusive Complaints
Copyright complaints and removal review requests must be submitted honestly and in good faith.
Huanggua may decline to process requests that are fraudulent, abusive, intended to harass another person, unrelated to copyright or repeatedly submitted without meaningful supporting information.
A person who knowingly makes false statements about copyright ownership, authorization or allegedly infringing material may be responsible for any resulting consequences under applicable law.
Personal Information
Information submitted under this policy may be used to locate the disputed material, verify the request, contact the parties, document the decision and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information relevant to a copyright dispute may be shared with the person who submitted the material, the complaining party, their authorized representatives, hosting or technical service providers, or competent legal authorities when reasonably necessary.
Do not submit personal information that is not required to process the request.
Other Types of Reports
This page is intended for copyright complaints.
Reports involving personal privacy, impersonation, factual errors, non-consensual intimate imagery, suspected content involving minors, fraud or technical problems should be submitted through the 联络我们 page.
